In a world where advanced knowledge is widespread and low-cost labor is readily available, U.S. advantages in the marketplace and in science and technology have begun to erode.

Our 2006 national conference theme will provide focus as we explore how we, the EPSCoR community, can contribute to advancing science and technology in a rapidly changing world.

Kentucky is privileged to host this event and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to exchange emerging ideas in November, and to share our beautiful state with you.
